Japan Karate Association, Dalgety Bay, attended the Dalgety Bay Gala in June 2018. Club members took part in the parade, followed by a display of Kihon, Kata and Kumite at the Gala. The club also had a stall where we were able to speak to potential new members and to fundraise for our dojo refurbishment …
Summer Schedule starts Monday 2nd July, returning to normal schedule on Monday 13th August. Summer schedule is; Monday – one class, 6.30pm – 7.30pm Wednesday – one class, 6.30pm – 7.30pm Thursday – one class, 6.30pm – 7.30pm Only exception is that the Dojo is closed starting Monday 16th July for two weeks, classes starting again Monday 30th July.

Congratulations to Blair Flynn, Dalgety Bay dojo, for winning bronze for kumite at the JKA European Championships in Serbia.
Congratulations to Connor, Callum and Charlie who were awarded their first dan (Shodan) black belts this weekend. .
Dalgety Bay dojo will be closed over the May Bank Holiday weekend, Saturday 5th May and Sunday 6th. There will be one class on Monday 7th May at 6.30 – 7.30pm. Classes return to normal on Tuesday 8th May.
Dan grading training and assessment class this Saturday 21 April at Dalgety Bay Dojo 12:15-14:15.
