Sensei Bert Stewart, 4th Dan JKA, has been training within the discipline of JKA traditional Shotokan Karate for over 35 years.  Sensei Stewart is particularly noted for his kicking ability and his effective teaching style.

He has competed in international tournaments and is an accredited judge of kata and kumite contests.

His accreditation allows him to conduct grading examinations for students up to first Kyu level.

He is one of the JKA Karate Do Shotokan Karate international squad coaches.
